Software engineer with 6 years of experience building web products used across the Arabian Gulf and Europe. I solve hard problems by designing efficient, scalable systems and shipping experiences people — and businesses — rely on. I enjoy turning ambiguous product needs into well-structured, performant solutions.
I launched my journey at Damascus University, where I studied Computer Science and Software Engineering, built several award-wining projects (including a C# compiler), and developed a strong foundation in systems and software design.
Professionally, I’ve worked across domains from restaurant tech (QR menus, POS) to AI-driven content platforms and large-scale newsletter/data systems supporting millions of users. In my most recent role, I joined the CRM product after its first year and delivered many complex, high-need features — including IB campaigns, KYC workflows, on-demand account statements, bonus campaigns, rule-based notifications, and transaction reconciliation tools — while also focusing on team enablement, cross-team delivery, and code quality. I enjoy mentoring engineers, running agile teams, and partnering closely with product to turn strategy into reliable, maintainable software.
